Orders within Israel are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. A tracking number is provided for every order, and all shipments are fully insured.

For deliveries within Israel, original artworks are delivered stretched and ready to display. A frame can also be added where available.

Yes. We offer 30-day hassle-free returns.

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Send the item back to us and we'll issue a full refund once it has been received.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us and send photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement where possible or issue a refund.

For original artworks, applicable tax is already included in the displayed price.

Yes. Every original Noam Shaked artwork includes a Certificate of Authenticity.

For orders delivered within Israel, original artworks can be delivered stretched, with the option to add a frame where available.

Keep the artwork away from prolonged direct sunlight, excessive moisture and extreme temperature changes.

When handling an unframed or unstretched canvas, use clean, dry hands and avoid touching or applying pressure to the painted surface.
