SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

1. Shipping

All orders are carefully prepared and packaged before shipment.

Shipping times and costs may vary depending on the type and size of the artwork, the destination, and the selected shipping method.

Art prints are produced and prepared after an order is placed and may therefore require additional processing time before shipment.

Original artworks may require special packaging and shipping arrangements due to their size, value, and unique nature.

Where applicable, estimated delivery times will be provided during the ordering process or communicated to the customer after the order has been placed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including delays by shipping carriers, customs procedures, security situations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Returns and Cancellations

Returns and cancellations are handled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, applicable regulations, and any other mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply to the transaction.

Where a customer is legally entitled to cancel a transaction and the cancellation is not due to a defect, non-conformity, failure to supply the product on time, or another circumstance for which the seller is responsible, a cancellation fee may apply as permitted by law.

If an artwork or product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at noamshakedstudio1@gmail.com, including the order number and photographs showing the issue where relevant.

Products or artworks that are specially created, customized, or produced according to the customer's specific measurements or special requirements may be subject to different cancellation and return rights once production has begun, in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any mandatory consumer rights granted under applicable law.

3. Return Shipping

Where a return is permitted, instructions regarding the return method and return address will be provided to the customer.

Responsibility for return shipping costs will be determined according to the reason for the return and applicable law.

Products must be returned in accordance with the instructions provided and, where applicable, in their original condition and packaging, subject to the customer's rights under applicable law.

4. Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will be processed using the original payment method where possible and in accordance with applicable law.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
